1. Non-Refundable Reservation Fees: All reservation fees are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place to secure your booking and ensure that our resources are appropriately allocated. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable clause.
2. Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated. We strive to offer valuable benefits and services to our members, and the non-refundable nature of these fees helps us maintain the quality and reliability of our offerings.
3. Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. While the reservation fee is non-refundable, early cancellation allows us to offer the slot to other members who may be waiting.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable and are due in full.This policy helps us manage our resources effectively and accommodate all our members' needs.
4. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of extreme hardship or emergency, we may, at our discretion, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support such requests, and approval is not guaranteed.
5. Service Issues: If you experience any issues with our services, please contact our customer support team immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly and efficiently. However, please note that dissatisfaction with services does not automatically qualify for a refund.
6. Refund Process: For approved refunds under exceptional circumstances, the refund process will be initiated within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
