3. Terms of Service Use

Eligibility
Services are available to individuals aged 18 and over.

Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking services. Any changes to the provided information must be communicated immediately to the company.

Payments
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in a specific contract. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in fees of up to 50% of the total service amount.

5.Responsibilities and Warranties

The company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services that caused the dispute. Under no circumstances shall Crystal Clear Auto Club International be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.

Warranties
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our detailing services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of the service for a free rectification.

6. Insurance and Protection

For very high-end vehicles, we strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance covering all risks related to the transportation and handling of the vehicles. Crystal Clear Auto Club International also carries liability insurance covering potential damages to vehicles during our services.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact our customer service to find an amicable solution. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Strasbourg, France.

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
